We’re proud to welcome you to our new office, known at “The SiTE” and located on Chosen View Road in Cheltenham.
Forming part of the “Construction Collective” with many other professional construction consultants, developers and contractors, we’re a one stop shop for all your architectural, planning and construction needs.
We were originally involved with the conversion for a former 1960’s building on the site, to transform it into a purpose made office facility. We delivered a scheme which excited our clients and showed the potential the tired old building had. We were commissioned to take the project through the planning process, working alongside Zesta Planning and were happy that the Local Planning Authority bought into the idea that such a positive transformation was possible. Following planning approval being secured, we worked with several other consultants to deliver a robust and detailed design package to obtain Building Regulations approval.
During the construction phase, we were asked if we would like to take up residency within the building which would be know as The SiTE, a name befitting of the collection of professional property and construction firms who were going to be present within the building.
The conversion has been finished to an exceptional standard, with unique construction themed finishes throughout the building, including the use of plywood and OSB on the walls and window reveals and industrial staircases and furniture throughout. It has proven itself to be both a great building to work in, hosting seminars, meeting clients and developers and co-hosting events.
Commenting on the expansion into our new Cheltenham base in January 2021, Director, Jon White commented:
