The site posed unique challenges due to past approvals under different planning policies. We conducted a pre-planning application to align with the Local Planning Authority and after careful consideration. opted for a single dwelling.
Key to our success was a comprehensive drainage strategy by the excellent team at Rappor, Additionally, close collaboration with the Forest of Dean District Council Conservation Officer proved indispensable, given the site’s location within the Conservation Area and its curtilage listed status.
