The brief:
To obtain planning & Listed Building consent for works for the conversion of a former cart shed and erection of detached garaging to provide holiday let accommodation. To obtain Building Regulations approvals for the conversion and new build works.

Adjacent to a 19th Century Grade II Listed Barn.
Our role:
Planning and Listed Building services to assist in obtaining the consent required. Design and Heritage assessments completed as part of the submission to provide clarity on the proposals. Following the successful consents being awarded, we were appointed to provide a technical design package to permit Building Regulations approval to be granted and provide the main contractors with a comprehensive drawing package to complete the conversion along with the new detached garaging facilities.
